Mindmeld is the method that makes that possible - a running, private record for each project of what was decided, why, what's still open, and what's left to do, kept in sync as the work happens rather than reconstructed from memory afterward.
It isn't a chat log and it isn't a to-do app. It's closer to a shared notebook that both a person and an AI can read and write to honestly - a place decisions get written down once, in plain language, instead of re-explained every time a project comes back around.
Mindmeld isn't a downloadable product today. This page exists so the method has an honest, named answer when people ask how a one-person AI company stays organized - not to sell early access to something that doesn't exist yet.
